| FDU Devils Weightlifter | you could do cardio on top of the GPP, but in my experience, GPP raises ur heart rate anyhow. I wouldn't do it, unless you want to lose the weight quicker. personally, thats a ton of cardio and you might be limiting your strength gains. Try out the loading/unloading of the leg press and see how you like it, maybe try pushing a car or anything! make a sled (which im doing).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 114 | if you don't have a sled do what i do: pile up plates, take a dipping/pullup belt, wrap it around the stack of plates, add a cable attachment to the end of the belt, and drag it across the gym. Note: go during quiet times... the staff will appreciate it.
