Getting Equipment Gathered

I have been looking a lot into powerlifting and strongman lately and I have developed a love for it.

Once I buy a house (soon) I will be looking for a nice flat lot to a lot of different things. Gathering a few bucks to invest in a nice home gym.

Equipment:
Power Rack
Power Barbell
Platform
Bumper Plates
Regular Plates (100, 45, 35, 25, 10, 5, 2.5)
Sled & Harness
Trap Bar
Farmers Walk
Safety Squat Bar
Glute-Ham Machine
Bands & Chains
Bench
Dumbbells
Fat Bar
Kettlebells

The list can go on and on for what I'm looking for.

Maybe if I get lucky find some huge stones in the woods or something would be cool.

The only equipment that I would want to add is a cable station as I like to do cable work every so often to reduce the stress on my joints. However, once I invest in some bands, I may be able to skip that

I haven't been into a lot of cable work, especially with powerlifting and strongman work I'm doing now. The bands would most likely replace those, plus they're a lot less expensive.
