Ever wonder what a dieted down heavyweight powerlifter looks like?

I found this posted on another site and thought it was pretty impressive. I know a lot of bodybuilders have often wondered what a dieted down heavyweight powerlifter might look like, and all I can say is

His lower back and erectus muscles are just sick. A full time BBer will never get that kind of muscle.

Probably one of the reasons Ronnie Coleman has been so successful as a bodybuilder is that he's a former powerlifter as well. I don't know of too many bodybuilders that move the weight he does. Regardless, this guy's lower back is incredible.

When I weighed 286 lbs I wonder what I would have looked like if I had dieted down like he did. Back then for me dieting meant lowering my calories from 7,000 to 6,000 a day.
