M: ME BENCH Suspended Bench - Work to 1RM DB Incline Press - 4 x 6 HG Pulldowns - 4 x 6 Rope Pushdown - 3 x 8 Throat Pulls - 3 x 8 W: DE SQ/ME DL Speed Squats - 10 x 2 @ 50% Deadlift - Work to 1RM DB Bulgarian Squat - 4 x 6 Pullthroughs - 4 x 6 Cable Crunch - 3 x 8 F: DE BENCH Speed Bench - 10 x 3 @ 50% Smith Military Press - 4 x 6 T-Bar Rows - 4 x 6 Rack Lockouts - 4 x 6 Cable Curl - 3 x 8 M: ME SQUAT Low Box Squats - Work to 1RM Front Squat - 4 x 6 Good Mornings - 4 x 6 Incline Crunch - 3 x 8 Feel free to critique/rip apart/give me a taco. Anything help or food would be appreciated. Cheerio

| is missing heavy pulls | looks good only thing i dont like is the postion of the rack lockouts. i thing other exersize could be used there some sort of bent row would do good. Save the rack lockouts for ME days. Also the workup to 1 rm after speed squats not good you wont be able to keep that up long if you want to do something for deadlifts do speed pulls 8-12x1 50-70% Heavy deads can be cycled in as a ME exersize(rember to keep cycling through ME exersizes ever 2 or so weeks) and with every lift once your progress stops switch up them exersizes |
