Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6  |  Critique my strongman setup please Ok guys so I've been up endless nights trying to figure out how to get the cheapest strongman setup eliminating the non essentials etc. Such as using dumbells for farmers walk, doubling kegs for barrells, and making alot of it on my own. So I think I got it  ...Hopefully =/Kegs (approximetely 2, any suggestions on how to get them cheap greatly appreciated!) Conan's wheel (Will probabaly weld together a whole bunch of pipes to make one; any suggestions on how to easily make one also appreciated) Log (where to get a round log would be helpful  Also can I use more conventional wood they may sell and have myself a square log  ?suitcases(for "powerstairs") Tire(s) Atlas stone molds Platform (can probabaly use a tire on top of a keg and make one out of some wood) yoke(put some pipes together other suggestions welcome)Sandbags Weighted sled Chain Also here's the link to my home gym setup thread if you wanna comment on that- http://www.ironmass.com/forums/showt...4545#post14545 Thanks, AS
