http://www.powerpage.net/coanphildead.html

I have a couple questions about this

1) Does anyone have the exel spread sheet or know were to find it the link int he site isnt working for me
2) when during this routine should i start dling with my suit belt and wraps on... Should i be doing it equppied the whole time?
3) Is their any routine you recomend that i can do for prepration of bencing without interfering with my deadlift progress?

1.) Deadlift- http://www.weightliftingdiscussion.com/CoanDeadlift.xls
Squat- http://www.weightliftingdiscussion.com/CoanSquat.xls

I found the squat routine too if you were interested.

2.) I'm not 100% sure, but I remember reading something either on EliteFts or T-Nation that if you're going to compete with belts, wraps, suits, whatever; you need to train with them. Don't train raw unless you compete raw. But that doesn't mean sub-maximal weights suited. If you're going for a new PR then you need the gear and stuff.

EDIT-On the squat spreadsheet on comments it shows what you should do and that applies to deadlift as well.

3.) It shouldn't interfere.

With sets below three reps, you can go equiped.
