Default Captains Of Crush

A lot of powerlifters and strongman guys always have a good grip. Mainly because of lifting raw without straps. Only chalk and tacky (stone loading).

There are two different types of grippers I ONLY recommend and that is Captain Of Crush grippers and Heavy Grips. I know a few guys who use these and are grip kings or "captains" of crush.

I know only a slight few on this board of who, who actually use grippers to improve their crushing grip. But I don't know everyone if anyone else that uses these. I believe every training program not matter what your goal is or type of training, grip work should ALWAYS be included into your workout schedule.

The guy's I know who use grippers are Lee Hayward and BigDman. Now I am thinking powerman would have used these and Geoff aswell. But I am not too certain of it.

But whoever uses grippers, please post up what you can do and if you use them!

I have COC grippers from trainer to #4 which is yet to be closed.

My PR for grippers are 16 reps with the #2 and almost getting the #3 closed. I have been doing grip training (static, crush, pinch) for about 2 years now. I recommend EVERYONE do it if they're an athlete or just a bodybuilder. Grip training has a place for EVERYONE.

There are a lot of manuals out there to grippers. Most can be found at a few various sites.
