Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | First problem is the chair, you could step a bit forward to allow yourself a bit of room to sit back. The other thing is your sitting straight down which takes out all the power from the hips equalling not the strongest lift you could have. Push your knees out when comming up. You got the EliteFTS squat/deadlift video, watch that and Dave explains how to sit back without sitting back too far. |
