They are having a competition at my gym for the strongest member and I was curious as to how much weight you guys were throwing around in this weight class. I am not a PL but do the movements in my workout, obviously. My bench is 295-300 DL havnt maxed out in a long time. do 365 for 4-5 Squat i have yet to get too crazy with the weight, more for reps and form thus far. Thanks POST IT UP IRONMASS |

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | I could diet to 175. Bench: 235 Squat: 405* Deadlift: 475* *Projected these, I plan to open with 365 on squat and 405 on deadlift, which are easy lifts for me.

| Pro Stature | Since this forum is pretty dead, guess I'll post. These were stats back when I was about 18/19. Weight: 150-155lbs Bench: 295 Deadlift: 375 (never tried more) Squat: 455-465 (I did do 505 but cannot call it a complete squat, not 100% sure I went low enough)

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | got a 16 year old at the gym benching 315 (For 1), Deadlifting 405 (for 1) and Squating 315 (for 5-6 reps) He only weighs 173LBS
