Since when do we have a rep system?

I logged into the site this morning, and in the music thread, saw builtbeast's post, and noticed little green squares under his name!

Why'd we get a rep system all of a sudden? Is there a certain # of posts you have to have to have rep power? Give me info. :p

The only thing I hate about this: It doesn't show your rep power like bb.com ,and you can't see who repped you

This was the worst weekend in a long time, but yet having reps on Iron Mass (The frickin interenet) made it better lol...
