Default An injury/recovery/rehabilitation forum

I was wondering if you guys think putting up a thread forum for just recoveries, injuries, rehabilitaion, medical condition...all concerning with weightlifting in general. Just an idea.

We are thinking if you have any stuff like that, that you want to talk about... just make a thread in the General Health section.. and title it with which ever you are doing... Injury, Rehab, Recovery...

I agree with the MODS. Although a thread with all sorts of info on injuries and recover would be useful, people may end up relying on it for their own issues when the best thing to do is see a doc. In addition, to accumulate a significant number of threads in the section will (hopefully :fingersxd ) take a long time.

I had suggested this early on but didn't get anywhere then.

I thought it would have been a must!

Exactly what we were thinking... we do not want anyone to take any advice givin here as the gospel.. and go without seeing a doctor... which in any injury.. is a must.. and hopefully the list of injuries we have are very very few.. and a full forum section for just a few threads would kind of be a waste of space..

The General Health section is the place for now.. to put any of these kinds of topics..
