IMPC logs question

Alright I am new here and have question on proper use of logging at IM.
I am currently do a sponsored log at another forum but when it completes i want to keep on logging. Right now there are a couple sections (nutrition & training) but I wanted a single place to log both info and more.
Typically I have a few sections like the following:
Weight/BF: [] / []

Workout:

Diet:

Dosage:

Stack/Sides:

Other:

Just a thought. It would save me an ass load of time and I feel it's only fair to log this info on this board. But if I do log it at BB it is publicity. What's your thoughts?

Remember that a log is not required for the IMPC competition.

If you would like to do one, you can do it in the IMPC Training section.

It's OK if you include your diet and training info in the same log.

I usually run dual logs here and on bb.com
