When I get the design with the Tshirts done (by next week) and get them printed, should be by Augst -- I'll give some away in a few contests.

But that's a great idea, need the hook. But what?

You could try to get some of the pro's from BB.com to come post over here, with a smaller, newer board, the pro's would be easily spotted by most and people would be like, hey they got pro bb'ers posting there, lets check it out.

BB.com, you never even notice the pro's because it's such a huge board with so many members posting gay troll threads every 2 seconds.

but yea... this site really needs something to separate it from the rest... right now its just another forum with the usual sections... yea it has a members contest section but to be honest its a good idea and all but ive seen loads of forums try it and it never works.

thats why i had to turn my site into something different... so i used my bodybuilding video library... and posted alot of pics.. also you might want to get google adwords going (http://www.google.co.uk/ads/)

i really doubt you get the pro's to post here and if you do they wont post much.... they post at bbing.com for a reason.

ive got 3 pro's on my forum but they have only made about 10 posts between them (Shawn Ray, JoJo Nitforo and King Kamali)

also you will want to add SEO (search engine optimization)

if you dont want to do this yourself i suggest this guy (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/member.php?u=52245) he installed it to my site for just $50... he gets it done nice and fast with no problems....

what SEO does

#1 - Site Map Added - This helps vistors and guests find there way through your site..

#2 - VB Meta Tags removed and replaced with custom metatags on the main pages.

#3 - Keywords and Description optimized

Templates edited for SEO-- These edits make these templates more search engine friendly and will help you get more pages indexed..

Great advice Pain, I think the round table chat's and the in forum radio are great idea's once they are up and running. I think the main page needs more development and making sure that new members questions are answered quickly and well will do a lot to keep them here.

i think this place really needs to look more orginal... the layout is alot like bodybuilding.com

the videos arent the only thing that attracts so much members to my site

when i started bbd.com back in feb i was gettin 100+ members a day for months... highest was 220 members... gettin around 30-50 members daily now.

Maybe that could be our niche, an all gay bobybuilding site. Lot's of rainbows and pink triangles, all gay smilies and penises that go hard and soft as folder icons depending on the level of activity on that thread.

I've actually been "diagnosed" with ADHD but I don't take that shitty ass med's cuz it's a fake disease and I'm just a natural goofy kid.
