welcome, glad you registered. good frame @ 200lbs and 6' you have lots of potential and size already. train hard for a couple of years consistantly and you will see a great transformation.

My current goal is to lose fat and gain some muscle in the process.

my current routine is 3-4 days of training and 2-3 days of cardio, depending how much school work I have to attend to. but lately, I have combined most of my workouts, eg: back w. bi or chest w. tri

exact diet, I am not too sure of. the range of protein intake is about 200 and carbs is maybe 120-150?
but I try my best to stop carbs from entering my system by atleast 7 p.m.

might I suggest more protein in your diet if your trying to cut and put muscle on. I shoot for 1.5g/lb of bodyweight or so a day. I think madman was the one who said it best. "50% of your calories should be coming from protein if your cutting." Something to that effect.

If I am going to be out and about to where I know I will need a couple protein shakes I take a couple empty gaterade bottles with me, with a couple scoops of protein powder in each. all I do is add water, shake, and drink. rinse out the container for reuse.

if you do this, make sure the container is completely dry before putting in the powder. cause once the protein powder gets wet it starts to sour pretty quick unless it is refrigerated...
