I will now pay the price, people will most likely laugh behind their back at me this summer - Do not make the same misstake I have. The pic aint that great and you can hardly see my leg....I dont have a full length mirror, so will get one of my parents to take a full body shot later. Anyway I marked out a bit to help you see. Oh yea and I have also ****ed up my cutting too, by eating too much junk lately - but in the pic I am bit bloated due to drinking lots of water so its no as bad as it seems.

I love doing legs.. but I think that is part of the difference between guys and girls.. girls dont really want to size on their arms.. at least I dont.. I want them to look good.. but dont want the bulk.. but I would not mind a small amount of bulk on my legs.. nice muscled up legs on a girl look good... in my opinion anyway.. ![]() I think you will do fine... you will get some mass before ya know it.. just work hard.. ![]()

| Soldier In Progress | If you've got really lacking quads, a widowmaker set of 50 reps is called for by a training style I know ~well~. 50 reps, leg press. Keep perfect form, slow negatives with explosive upwards. Sounds non-effective, but do that for 4 weeks with extreme leg stretching and tell me if you don't see a difference.

| Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | hey don't worry about it too much man, i was into bench press, and iw as always afraid when I was younger that if i worked out legs, i would gain too much weight to compete at 148... this was last year, so i didn't really work out legs for 7 years... 7 years!!!! Well atleast i don't weigh alot, so it has helped me a lot... but right now i am seeing great gains to the legs, as i bulk... good luck and hit the weights.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Hey Man, I just wanted to pitch in that you are not alone... For 2 years or so, I couldn't train my legs either... I was in a horrific car accident and my pelvis (hips) was broken in 6 places... along with a shytload of other injuries... For 2 months, I was bedridden... the doctors gave me those therabands to start getting some upper body strength... That came in handy because when I was fynally allowed to use a wheelchair, getting up & down those ramps wasn't easy... neither was pushing yourself around on thyck carpet... 6 months later, I had a very developed upper body... but styll no legs... When I was allowed to walk, I had to use crutches or a walker... eventually, I got to the point where I only need a cane occasionally... Well, now, I'm on a massive mission to build my legs up... so join me in the squat rack my brother of iron.. We WILL do thys!!! ![]() Peace..~G
