| Soldier In Progress | Looks like you've got some fat in your abdominals, but a solid diet + cardio + mass building will shed that off and you can pack on some size! Ask Khan for help, post it up in Nutrition and we'll get you dialed in.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | My arms are EXTREMELY skinny.. and DEFINATELY need mass. I really just need a good routine/diet plan. I have gyno, and really am just tired of having flab all around me. I feel that my chest is most certaintly one of the most fattest part of my body, and definately needs work. Im hitting my chest long and hard currently. Thanks, Andrew |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 49 | i still don't think you're 18% and even if you were, you're still skinny. bulk, and then cut. if you were to cut and then bulk, you'd have to gain the mass you just lost. |
