Default Week into cutting, working long and hard.

In my quest to achieve 10-11% bodyfat from 16% in 3 months. Currently 5'9 at 160lb.

Looks like you've got some fat in your abdominals, but a solid diet + cardio + mass building will shed that off and you can pack on some size!

Extremely high bodyfat??? Where??? Trust me you do not need to cut any weight. Right now your main concern is putting on size.

My arms are EXTREMELY skinny.. and DEFINATELY need mass. I really just need a good routine/diet plan. I have gyno, and really am just tired of having flab all around me. I feel that my chest is most certaintly one of the most fattest part of my body, and definately needs work. Im hitting my chest long and hard currently.

dude, bulk. you look nowhere near 16%. you're maybe 8-11% bf. add some mass, then cut down.

i still don't think you're 18% and even if you were, you're still skinny. bulk, and then cut. if you were to cut and then bulk, you'd have to gain the mass you just lost.
