wow. You've made some really tremendous progress over the course of a relatively short time. Great work!

What did you start/stop doing that made the biggest difference for you?

Wow! Thank you. I was thinking I could've been doing much better right now because I can't seem to stop going out for Mexican once a week and I LOVE wine and still have a glass 3-4 nights a week.

Anyway, I started lifting 3-5 days a week and cardio (HIIT usually) 2-4 times a week. I also try to eat very clean most of the time and basically eat the "body building" way...5-6 small meals with 1-1.5 grams lean protein per body weight divided over those meals and approx 3 or 4 of the meals have complex carbs and try to keep fat intake to about 20-25 grams a day (healthy fats).
Boring...but that's what I've been doing.

well, i think it's important to realize that bodybuilding doesn't have to always be about extremes. Lots of people lose sight of that. As long as you're making progress you're happy with that's all that matters.

I party it up just like any other 24 year old should, but for the other 6 days of the week I'm all business. It works for me and helps keep things balanced.

Everything in moderation... Mexican once a week isn't bad at all. And the wine is most likely healthy (enough) anyway.

You are probably right. Moderation is key (when not in competition prep weeks). I learned that the hard way.
