I'm approaching 300lbs for the third time in my life, and now I'll have to lose 100lbs for the third time in my life. It's vicious.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I don't know how your thought process is going, but I understand what you mean. When I got injured, I almost let myself go back to the way I used to be. For me, its just forcing myself to get in there and do it. I know I'll be addicted so it takes care of itself. just get yourself back in track and stay there. do it or else I'll come up to Albany and beat your silly big ass into submission.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Well if you can get there once you can do it again. You'll be better off dealing with the underlying issues of why you let yourself go first so once you reach your goals you don't slip up again. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | I agree with DF. It kills all of us to see that you've let yourself go like that Skel because we know you're capable of controlling your body if you want to.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Dnyc99 is really hyper sensitive to them as well. Her weight can just fly up on just low-medium carb levels. We'll eat the same foods(me far more carbs then her) for a week I'll lose weight and she will gain. It has to do with insulin resistance I'm sure. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 154 | That happens with me and IP as well. When we went on vaction we pretty much ate the same exact thing (only I ate slightly more) and I continued to get more rotund despite walking 5 hours a day. I walked so much I had blisters on my feet, and even though what I was eating was pretty much junk, it was just three meals a day and no way it totalled more than 3k cals.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Check this out, I'm gonna try it myself. It takes all the hard work and stress out of keeping a great diet. Being able to eat until full every day, eat a balance of clean and dirty foods. Some of the people who advocate it and ripped, and that guy who's writing the book is deadlifting 600x3 and he's been bulking with it for a long time! http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=3587831 I've had my bro on it for the past three weeks and he's doing amazing. He's a person who's never been able to last more than 2 meals in a row on the conventional 6 clean meals/day. He's lost like 10lbs and is getting much stronger on all his lifts. He's around 5'8" and 215lbs currently. Many people seem to have no hunger what so ever as long as they don't eat in the morning, then when you start eating you can eat until you're satisfied every time.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 154 | Eh, that's one protocol I am NOT going to try Everyone wants to have the 'new best diet' but despite my chubby appearance I still know my game ![]() It just looks like a twist on the warrior diet. Only now you have an 8 hour window instead of a 1 hour window. I still prefer the fire analogy. You're better off giving a fire a steady stream of slow burning coals than you are dumping a bunch of wood on it because it's about to go out.
