i need some help on my pecs, my back seems to be well, as well as my arms (for me anyway) but my pecs are massive lagging. any suggestions? would adding flyes help

What are you doing now? And remember one body part won't grow too far out of proportion to the others so you have to bring up everything to really increase your chest.

Well those are both good for building strength and general size but you need more to really get the full round pec look. Make sure your doing DB incline Press as well and add in ATrainer Flyes. You'll thank me later. Read up here how to do them properly.

One thing that really helped my chest was dips. I started adding dips to my chest workout and it seemed like my chest took off after that.

Dips are great, just make sure your doing them right. Nothing will improve your bench strength like doing heavy weighted dips will.

Yea it took me a few times to finally get the angle down and everything to where i was hitting my chest instead of my tri's. Trial and error in this game baby :fingersxd
