Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 13 | i need some help on my pecs, my back seems to be well, as well as my arms (for me anyway) but my pecs are massive lagging. any suggestions? would adding flyes help

One thing that really helped my chest was dips. I started adding dips to my chest workout and it seemed like my chest took off after that.
