The first chest workout of the week I hit the lower/underneath part of the chest - It usually looks like this. Dumbbell Flyes 6-7sets x10-12reps Incline Cable Flyers 4sets x12reps Incline Dumbbell Flyes 3sets x15reps Then that exercise you know when you connect 2 handles to the bottom of the cable-cross machine and pull upwards while standing up - (This I go as heavy as I can untill failure, which is like 5-6 reps, I do about 2 sets) I will then give my chest about a 3 day rest before I do my second chest workout - Which usually looks like this Bench Press - Pyramid style - 7sets x20,15,12,8,8,6, the last one I will do 50reps with just the bar(this really pumps the last energy out the chest) Incline DB Press - 4sets x10-14reps Cable-Crossover - 6sets x12reps Machine Bench Press 3sets x12,9,8reps Pec-Deck 5sets x10-15reps Push-Ups With Feets on bench 4x ???reps (all depends on how many I feel assed to do lol) Most people think im insane because the amount I do, but it has worked very well for me.

Dont worry about it.. we are both older now.. my training is coming along.. I still have a few pounds to get off.. but alot closer than I was.. NO!!!!!!! I do not date Test anymore.. ( long story ) I am married and very happy ![]()
