Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 309 | Well bad thing is you have some leaning out to do but the good news is you have some mass to your frame to chip away too. We all started somewhere and this is your before pics to look back at one day with pride at how much you accomplished. If you want it bad enough you will succeed at transforming your body. Best of luck. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | The good news is that when you first start out with weight training, you can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. As you progress this will become more and more difficult to do, but you need not worry about that right now. I suggest heading over to the fat loss forum http://www.ironmass.com/fat-loss/ and reading the stickied posts at the top of the page (the threads highlighted in red). The other good news is that you're only 15 and you have your entire life ahead of you! Props on starting to do something about it so early instead of waiting until you hit 400lbs. You haven't even reached a peak in terms of your testosterone levels yet and soon enough your T levels will be raging which will make it even easier to add muscle at get lean (considering you are weight training). The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Do you have a gym membership already? I am greatly looking forward to your imminent transformation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to post them up or send me a private message. |

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | this is a good step in the right direction. I wish I did what you are doing when I was that age. And don't forget, no stupid questions, except the ones not asked.
