Don't post much anymore here... work 12+ hours a day is kicking my ass (and manual labor at that..) for now until school starts back, but I remember seeing pictures of you in the past and nice work on the progress (and the facial hair :p) And agreed on that lat spread, I can't make mine do that.

IA = uses DC training right? I'm in love with DC since I tried it out and have yet to try anything else since.

Well he has never trained me, but he has mentioned on his board that he like DC training, as long as he feels it is suited for the client.

No, IA does not have rights to teach DC. Similar but nowhere near DC. They both follow full body workout with more frequency then hitting a muscle more then once a week.

I also am a DC trainer
