Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 128 | I know I just put up IMPC pics, but I got some decent ones today using natural light shining down from the skylight. Thought I'd share I'm 5'6", my morning weight is 160lbs, evening is mid 160s. This time last year I was around 135lbs. I've had to deal with some injuries and time off here and there but I've been improving overall. The seperation in your chest is sick and your outer quad is starting to become tree like Whatever you've been doing keep doing it. I'd have to say you're on the verge of being classified as 'big'. | Mushroom Cloud Laying.... | On a bodybuilding aspect, I see that your arms, chest, shoulders and legs are very good for yoursize... Your back is lacking, but everyone has weak points, and it isn't that it looks bad... Just trying to give you some good critism instead of just telling you your strong points... Try adding some yates rows to your workouts to add some thickness...
