Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | neither at this point. My diet is fairly clean (although not all the time). I am concentrating on golf right now, and just taking it easy on the lifting for a while. I'm eating to keep my weight as is. Once I get moved into my new situation and work at DC, i'll begin getting serious again. thanks dav and pman. What do you all think needs to be worked on... generally it seems like my shoulders, traps and chest need to be hit a bit. It makes sense those areas struggle... being as i don't train them much. I can do ANYTHING and my back will grow... it's my genetic gift.... and an ass. My mom gave me that one.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 215 | +1 for shoulders. I don't know how your traps aren't bigger given the way you deadlift.

i wonder the same thing sometimes. I don't really do shrugs... but i figured the shear VOLUME of deadlifting and upper-back squeeze for squating would do the trick. Guess it's a genetic weakness. But you know what the sheiko program DID make WAY bigger (besides my legs)... my forearms. Deadliting 2-3X per week made my grip strength crazy strong. As for my shoulders, I've started concentrating on them very recently. Incline BB press will be my primary upper body exercise for quite some time.
