Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 3 | Well here are some pics of my progress from my first cycle on the HST cycle. (please excuse the hair) Before pics (hadn't seen the inside of a gym for a year) After pics are after my first cycle, 2 sets of 15 and 10 reps, and 3 sets of 5 reps And I know that my wheels are not that impressive. Before After Before ![]() After ![]() Before After ![]() Before ![]() After ![]() I am currently alternating my workouts i.e. First week: Mon - workout 1 Wed - workout 2 Fri - workout 1 Second week: Mon - workout 2 Wed - workout 1 Fri - workout 2 Workout 1 Deadlifts pullups dips overhead press (then some isolation if I feel so inclined) overhead tricep extensions bicep curls rear delt flyes Workout 2 Squats bentover rows incline bench overhead press (then some isolation if I feel so inclined) overhead tricep extensions bicep curls rear delt flyes The isolations are the only ones that I don't necessarily stick to a certain number of sets. I really just do what I feel like doing. My compounds however I stick with the 2 sets of 15 for two weeks, 2 sets of 10 for two weeks, and 3 sets of 5 for three weeks. I am 5'9" at 165 lbs now. I am currently eating anywhere from 2200-2300 calories per day. And I gained a total of 15 pounds for this first cycle. So yes I have put on more body fat. I adjusted my calories to have less fat and more carbs mid cycle to try and curb the fat gain some. Let me know what you think, Brian |
