Hey Everyone,

I originally put this picture together to Illustrate my point in the "Why Bulk" thread.

But, after seeing all the pics together like this, I decided to share it with everyone to illustrate my progress over the past year.

It kind of surprised me seeing all the pics together!

Honestly, no, not at all.

Obviously there are people taller than me.. but I never really consider height an issue.

I'm generally about 5'9 1/2 with shoes on, so I don't really think anyone considers me that short.... on the basketball court maybe..

It just really isn't ever something I think about.

Hey Trick,

I do have one back pic, but I really am not happy with it.

I was holding too much water on show day, and my lower back and abs was where it was most apparent... but everywhere was too smooth really.

Being a strictly tested natural show, the extra water didn't hurt me, but it wouldn't have gone so well in an open show.

I tried something different this time, and it didn't go as well as I would have liked..as far as being in my best condition.
Oh well, live and learn....

I've got that figured out though and I don't think it will be a problem in August.

They should always be separated when you hit the final pose.

If you want to start your Back Double Bi or Lat Spread with them together, and then spread them for effect, that's fine, but the final pose should have your back as wide as you can spread it.

( Yes, mine needs to be wider. I'm working on that! )

Just for comparison,

Look at the difference water makes.

In the pic on the right, my water depletion went very well and there is very litle subcutaneous water. In the pic on the left, I didn't get the water out very well.

** Also note, the lighting is much better in the pic on the right. The lighting in the pic on the left is washing me out much more, and not helping anything.

I'm currently 12 weeks out from my next competition, but I have only put on about 4-5 pounds since my April show, so I'm basically trying to very, very slowly cut. Eating just barely under maintenance so I can come in even harder in August.
