Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | funny think is, i'm 9 days out from the American Open, and it's NOT a BBing comp (not that i'm stage ready), but I could be in about 3 weeks IMO. Stronger than ever, and all I can say is DIET IS EVERYTHING. No matter how you do it, lifting heavy preserves muscle, and manipulating your energy based macronutrients gets you cut as hell. so without further waiting.......

I think is was the cornflakes a decided to have pre-training. I thought I needed something a bit simpler than oats. Of course, as soon as you switch to something like that.... in comes the water.
