Default POWERLFITER DIETED DOWN PART II

funny think is, i'm 9 days out from the American Open, and it's NOT a BBing comp (not that i'm stage ready), but I could be in about 3 weeks IMO. Stronger than ever, and all I can say is DIET IS EVERYTHING. No matter how you do it, lifting heavy preserves muscle, and manipulating your energy based macronutrients gets you cut as hell.

so without further waiting.......

thanks guys. I have an eightpack in the morning and when i'm a bit dryer. I was really holding water tonight for some reason. I think is was the cornflakes a decided to have pre-training. I thought I needed something a bit simpler than oats. Of course, as soon as you switch to something like that.... in comes the water.

def starting to lose my eightpack. i think it's mostly water, but it's important to get my weight back up to about 185, where my BF is more conducive to growth.

i'm let all ya'll in on a little secret (although i've written about it a ton): Cycle your carbs to keep your strength!

put the heavy days together, carb load for three days, and keto for the rest of the week. drop fat while keeping the muscle naturally.

Yea I already carb load, but I don't do keto, I do high protein diet... The Game Over cut, I'm not sure I'm losing muscle, I think I'm just low on energy.

the Cut Diet is fine. Not enough of a carb load for me though, and not low carb enough to get me really lean.

it's all that citrus.
