My changes weren't quite so dramatic, but I did add 7 pounds while dropping my bodyfat 2% between April 23rd and August 13th. - EME ![]() Quote:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Thanks all... I thynk I'm just a naturally lean guy... but I'm also doing cardio after my back & chest day workouts... That's why I'm such a big believer of cardio timing... especially during a bulking cycle.. Just eat clean & do some cardio... The stupid machine at my gym said I was at 22% bodyfat... There's one guy that's at 9%, but I've beaten everyone else's reading.. even at 22%... (I don't believe that # for a minute..) ![]() Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Yeah GDD, Unless you are hiding a big fat belly on the other side of your body.. you are nowhere near 22% bro. I'd say 10-12% max based on your back pic. But, admittedly, pics don't always tell the full story. Did they use one of those bio-electrical impedence machines? Those things are a joke. I remember once when I had been tested for weeks in the 5-6% range with calipers, one of those devices said I was 16%. I can say with certainty, based on the last picture you posted, that you are significantly below 22%. - EME
