That's some AWESOME progress SKE!!! You should be really proud of your hard work. How much total weight loss was that during that time period?

My changes weren't quite so dramatic, but I did add 7 pounds while dropping my bodyfat 2% between April 23rd and August 13th.

i noticed a bit of change in your chest, it looks thicker now EME, or maybe its cause that large medal blocks out a good portion of your chest :P

Hahaha.. Am I the only person that's been on a 9 month bulk??

Anywayz... The major difference not shown in these pics.. is that I got hella sick between June & August... I lost lyke 10 pounds and a lotta strength... but I'm passing where I was...

Bulking until October 6th...

i'll post mine later...but i promsie you guys will laugh. i'm doing an all-out bulk (yes...in the summer). my definition has definitely went to all hell....but i really don't care. i'm a realist...i nkow you can't bulk without fat gain....so why try and fight it.

Cool Clean Bulking...

Thanks all...

I thynk I'm just a naturally lean guy... but I'm also doing cardio after my back & chest day workouts... That's why I'm such a big believer of cardio timing... especially during a bulking cycle.. Just eat clean & do some cardio...

The stupid machine at my gym said I was at 22% bodyfat... There's one guy that's at 9%, but I've beaten everyone else's reading.. even at 22%... (I don't believe that # for a minute..)

Yeah GDD,

Unless you are hiding a big fat belly on the other side of your body.. you are nowhere near 22% bro. I'd say 10-12% max based on your back pic. But, admittedly, pics don't always tell the full story.

Did they use one of those bio-electrical impedence machines?

Those things are a joke. I remember once when I had been tested for weeks in the 5-6% range with calipers, one of those devices said I was 16%.

I can say with certainty, based on the last picture you posted, that you are significantly below 22%.
