| Dogg Crappin | thx guys, u r encouragement is much appreciated. Wish i can go ahead with fewer injuries. I ran 2 cycles last year, one was good, one was bad. I have been clean for over 4 months now.The new year will see something solid. Grunt, am not sure abt the arms, they look a bit more shaped now so I guess they look bigger. I need to work on my lower abs a LOT more.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 215 | Your arms have come a long way; I think you know that your chest is lagging a little bit. Have you been doing any forearm work? I don't know what you can do seeing as you have those wrist problems but your bi's are kind of overpowering your forearms in this pic.

| Dogg Crappin | lol lagging a little ... lagging a LOT ... non friggin existent. Forearm work is limited to lower weight repetitions, I dont even wrap my wrists anymore. Like I mentioned in my log, few months ago some one took a dig at me for my arms, I went overboard, hit them real hard, they responded a little.I'll try to get a back shot and a MM today.
