Okay, well I happened to come across pics I took right after I finished my last bulk, what I call a "fat man's bulk"... that's when you're too fat to be bulking, but you do it anyway. Upon finding this pic on my puter I immediately did a side-by-side with my pic from the August IMPC. All I can say is man oh man... I have never been more excited by my progress. I'm gonna get ripped baby!!! I will never exceed 12% body fat while bulking ever again in my life, that is a solemn vow I am making to myself. This extended cut is going to set me up for life. ![]()

There's nothing wrong with an overboard bulk bro It's my personal little saying I came up with of "I gotta get big and ugly to be lean and beautiful", and really waht it comes down to is... you know you can lose the fat. So if your goal is to get super sized, you won't be afraid to really pack on the pounds. Bodybuilding is the only situation where rollercoaster dieting is a GOOD thing lol...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Of course some fat gain is necessary whilst bulking, but I will keep it reasonable from now on, incorporating cardio when it needs control, making sure I count all cals... I want to be much more conservative. Put it this way, when the IMPC wraps up Nov. 18th, I will have been cutting for 35 straight weeks or approx. 245 days. I have only 13 weeks left and I still don't have consistently visible abs. Without EME's help, I don't think I could dare dream of achieving contest shape. I know he's going to kick my ass with his program, and I'm prepared to do whatever it takes. I will bulk successfully for longer periods of time, stay leaner while doing it, and spend less time cutting in the future... mark my words. Here me now and believe me later.
