I want to hit 225 lean before I consider it, as I'm kinda tall for a bodybuilder (5'11). Right now I'm an ugly 220ish, by the end of the summer I'll be a VERY ugly 250ish, then hopefully over the school year cut down to a lean 215ish. | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | What's up lats? How ya been bro? Good to see you here. They overshadow my delts hardcore, and makes me look too verticle. I do shrugs and deads for them, that's pretty much it. My traps training is pretty basic. Deadlifts, heavy. Then, shrugs. 2 sets of shrugs with my head forward, looking downward (toward shrugs, as i call em), and 2 sets with my head cocked back (away shrugs). That's pretty much it. I have new pictures, these were taken yesterday. Pre-cycle pics. ![]() |
