Front Double Bi Before After ![]() Most Muscularish Before After ![]() ![]() Stats Before Weight: 234lbs Quads: 24.4" Arms: 15.9" Forearms: 12.3" Chest: 44.3" Calves: 16.3" Waist: 39" Stats After Weight: 190.5lbs Quads: 22.3" Right Arm: 14.9" Forearms: 11.8" Left Arm: 15" Chest: 39" Calves: 15.5" Waist: 33.3 My guess is 25-26% bodyfat down to 15.5%, I was measuring improperly when I started so it was way off. Now the single point test reads 12.5%, It's been about 3% off since I started measuring properly, so my guess is 15.5% and that sounds pretty accurate. I am holding the remote control/keys as proof for a transformation contest at allthemisc.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 183 | Thanks Davtown! I remember there was a debate with bulk/cut and slow bulking/cutting and you were for slow bulking...well I'm switching off to slow bulking now, because wow dirty bulks and huge calorie surpluses are bad stuff!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 178 | Great job bro... Huge difference... I'm with you on the clean bulk. I'ts alot easier to drop 10 - 15 lbs then 40 lbs. Ther is no need for all those extra calories. |
