I am so thankful for a support group like ironmass you guys ROCK!!

Yes the second show will be more fun i wont be so stressed going into it i know what to expect now and i am just going to have fun! plus i will be in a lot better shape also!!

So check back to see how i did next weekend when i go to toledo and tear it up!

Hey everyone!! I dont have a video clip to post or i would!!

As for the second show it was a no go, sunday night before i would have started my week out. My Blood sugar dropped in to the 60's so i decided it was time to nurse my body back to health!

My plans as of now are to put on about 15 solid pounds and come back in Oct. and qualify for nationals! Thats my short term goal!!!

I would like to thank you guys for all of your support, you have been great!!

hey guys i have a PhotoShoot next weekend, i will post pics form that!! Its going to be a sweet shoot!! I am very excited to do it! I am shooting with a buddy of mine for a few dif companies which i will leave un-named for now but you will see the products in the pics!!!
