Welcome to the forums u_no_it! Looks like you have a nice start, and if bigDman is helping you out you should do well. Make sure you post your diet questions up in the diet section so you get the answers you need. If you follow the good advice on here you'll be a different person in a year.

Hi, I'm a newbie on the forum but I do have some experience lifting. Your main focus should the basics... eating and lifting. No need to take creatine. Good supplements at this point for you are whey protein, vitamins, a carb drink, and some fish oil.
As for food, eat at least 4 meals a day. 5 or six is better. It takes me about 8 to 10 days to work my whole body and I'm consistently gaining since I started 4 months ago so there is no need to do legs twice a week if your intensity is good. Eat, Workout, Rest. That should be your mantra for the next 6 months.

For a new guy, you're doing fine. Remember, you're not a hardgainer simply because you're a kid and your body hasn't plumped up yet. Just be patient. In the mean time, what everyone else is saying: eat, lift heavy things, and eat some more.

You'll be fine.

I buy my fish oil at Sam's Club, but Costco works just fine too.

I started out at a scrawny 140 in high scool, and have since bulked up to 200 by just eating a ton and training heavy. Glad to see you here; lots of smart people!
