Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey everyone im new to the forum, just posting a couple of pics after eating solid and training hard for the past 6 months .. ive been training for about 10 months. I'll post relaxed front pics now.. but give me another 6 months for the legs calves and back :P My poundages are all increasing and i train within the 4-8 rep range low number of sets with best possible form and do cardio 4 times a week. I train about 4 times a week and include all the heavy compound movements. EDIT - I turned 18 in Feb, and i weigh about 185-190 at the moment. ![]() ![]() |

| Pro Stature | looks like you have a good plan. dont worry about gaining fat when bulking just eat clean and eat lots, gain weight, progressive weights and dont forget to sleep. nice chest shape!
