Default My 5 Month Progress





Barbell Back Row workouts done as of 8/14 - Zero
Barbell Back Row workouts done as of 11/15 - 10

I take whey protein, fish oil, multivitamins, carb drink during my workouts. No creatine yet. 4 to 5 meals a day.

Excellent progress after only 5 months. :nosthumbs Did you used to workout and just got back into it? Usually newbies don't make such dramatic gains.

Must be muscle memory plus experience I figure. Back in 2000 I put myself on a program for 9 months. Before 2000 I had tried a couple times, always making some mistake like not eating enough or overtraining so I think I'm more intune with what works for me then a newbie their first time around. Back in 2000 I put on alot more fat and gains were slower but I did max out at 225 on bench. I'm at 215 now so I should hit my previous best real soon.
