thanx for the comments. I just took 2 more pics fresh from the gym.

peaked--there's a leg shot in the first post

skel--i maintain this leanness year round. ive never been more than 15% bf, now i try and eat right 80 - 90% of the time. i guess you could say im doing a very very slow bulk as im constantly trying to lift heavier. right now im going for the 'stronger than you look' look.

Looking great for 145 man! Add another 30lbs and you'll be killer. You obviously have some great genetics to build on and if you keep it up over the long run you'll be unstopable! Focus a little more on your legs to bring them up to par with your upper body, that alone will add 10-15lbs.
