I just took 2 more pics fresh from the gym. peaked--there's a leg shot in the first post skel--i maintain this leanness year round. ive never been more than 15% bf, now i try and eat right 80 - 90% of the time. i guess you could say im doing a very very slow bulk as im constantly trying to lift heavier. right now im going for the 'stronger than you look' look. |

You obviously have some great genetics to build on and if you keep it up over the long run you'll be unstopable! Focus a little more on your legs to bring them up to par with your upper body, that alone will add 10-15lbs. ![]() |
