Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | put this together, progress over 2 years Looking back its amazing how small I was--still felt I looked good b/c I was lean. Even in April 2004 I had been weight training for several years; although I had yet to discover proper nutrition.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | not much change I realize. I've been maintaining the same weight for over a year now....added a bit of mass I believe. What do you guys think? Should I go for more muscle? I don't want to look like too much of a meat head.
