put this together, progress over 2 years

Looking back its amazing how small I was--still felt I looked good b/c I was lean. Even in April 2004 I had been weight training for several years; although I had yet to discover proper nutrition.

That's pretty amazing bro, you should do some fitness modeling you have the perfect build for it. :cam: And no I'm not just trying to get you to come over so I can take pics of you..lol. Or am I? :shifty:

You should see some of the PM's I get at the 'other BB site'. Yikes.

I'm too small for fitness modeling, not that I would have considered it. My physique is not that impressive for someone my size.

not much change I realize. I've been maintaining the same weight for over a year now....added a bit of mass I believe.

What do you guys think? Should I go for more muscle? I don't want to look like too much of a meat head.

I personally think you look awesome right now. Now, I'm a regular chick, not a bodybuilder/fitness model, so I don't know how much my opinion counts. But, you have definition but you're still lean and naturally proportioned, and I find that far more attractive than getting huge.

truly a great two years. Looks like a solid 25 lbs with no fat. Brilliant. Beating your own ecto ass to sky.

You look similar to my cousins and he used to model for armani. those more expensive european models are usually thinner than the tommy or polo models
