Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | What up people, most of you have seen these pics, I did the IMPC and the final pics were submitted yesterday, but I thought I'd put some comparison shots here since made them today to submit myself for a bb.com transformation of the week. I think I should be worthy of one, we'll see. So I cut for 8 months, shed over 50 lbs of body fat and went from about 24% to somewhere around 8-10% (calipers say I'm much lower but I ain't buying it). I lost 9.5 inches from my waistline. Next step is to build mass and keep the fat low... I want to be 15-20 lbs heavier and much leaner for my first live show in another 1-2 years. Enjoy the pics, I know I sure do!!!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Fatman, it was just 8 months of hard work. I never once had a 'bad week' where I didn't train or sabotaged my diet. I kept my nose to the grindstone the entire time. The last 12 weeks, I worked with Michael Elias (goes by 'EME' around these parts) on my contest prep protocol. He put me through a grueling ordeal, but I never swayed from the plan, not even once in the entire 12 weeks. The last few weeks I was doing 90 minutes of cardio per day, along with lifting for an hour or so... with only enough carbs in my body to fuel a hamster (slight exaggeration). If you want a great body, you can do it. You just have to want it badly enough to put yourself through the hard work and sacrifice required to get there.
