Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Arms/Delts/Lats look GREAT, lower back does not look too good, and there is no definition in your legs. (Your legs actually look "small" compared to the rest of you). That backround looks familiar. Was that taken at a certain other forum member's house?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Yeah that is what I have to work on (legs) in this off season....That is the slowest part of my growth...not that I don't bust my ass on legs but the just grow slower and all my weight (fat) goes to my legs I keep abs year round even through bulking, but fat goes to legs....Lower back will always struggle. I have high lat insertions so that legs are my biggest target this off season...I will just try to get better peaks on my bi's and maintain every thing else, but focus on legs and lower back....Something to always work on...sucks!! Oh well goes with the sport...Thanks for the info |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | If you check out the pics Robert posted in his Mass building log here: http://ironmass.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3163 You'll actually see that his legs look better than they do in that Back Double Bi pic... The Back Double Bi is probably the worst pose for him, with regard to the areas he has to bring up the most... i.e overall leg thickness and lower back thickness. Check the Side tri pose, and the Front Relaxed or Lat spread pics that he posted in his mass building thread.. and you'll see that he actually does have better leg definition than it appears in back double pic. However, overall mass in the legs and back, to bring up the upper / lower body symmetry is definitely the main focus for now. And yes Skel... that is a very familiar backdrop... Hmmmm... - EME
