Default IronMASS Official Posing Guides - Rear Lat Spread

I'd lyke to start thys guide and I'll cover the 7 mandatory poses..

1. Most Muscular
2. Front Double Bi
3. Front Lat Spread
4. Side Chest
5. Rear Double Bi
6. Rear Lat Spread
7. Ab & Thigh

Hmm... why'd I put them in order.. now it'll only make sense for me to do them that way, huh??? ... Ok.. here's the rules to thys game... You're all welcomed to supply pictures of the pose being discussed... (No Front Double Bi in the Side Chest thread) ... and feel free to give a tip or suggestion as to make the pose better...

So, let's rock the Rear Lat Spread pose... Lights Out!!! Game Over!!!! Here's some pics to get us started...







My area of expertise is really giving you exercyses that will help you to get a back lyke thys... However, we're focusing on the pose... So, I'll tell you a tip that was given to me... Just when I thought I had perfected thys pose, I was told I could make my back even wider.. If you can lock your thumbs as high as possible on your rib cage, then dig your fist into your sydes... then you want to spread your inhale deeply and stretch your back until you feel lyke your traps (in the middle of your back) are about to be ripped off your spine.. When it feels lyke that... you're gonna be wide enough to glyde...

If that was too complicated, then I'll mention the simple tips... squeeze ya buttocks, hammies & calves... especially in the rear most leg... and keep your head up..
