Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Well, I had been thynking of doing thys for a long tyme... (Here's the post to prove it - Post your rear double bi) ... Anywayz... It's about tyme I got thys thyng started... and I'm currently extra motivated by BigDMan's request for posing tips as well... Since we have a lot of competitors.. I'm sure we can get tons of helpful advyce... I'd lyke to start thys guide and I'll cover the 7 mandatory poses.. 1. Most Muscular 2. Front Double Bi 3. Front Lat Spread 4. Side Chest 5. Rear Double Bi 6. Rear Lat Spread 7. Ab & Thigh Hmm... why'd I put them in order.. now it'll only make sense for me to do them that way, huh??? ... Ok.. here's the rules to thys game... You're all welcomed to supply pictures of the pose being discussed... (No Front Double Bi in the Side Chest thread) ... and feel free to give a tip or suggestion as to make the pose better... Thys week.. is my favorite... The Most Muscular... I've found 4 pics for your amusement.. the fyrst 2 are Jay Cutler & Ronnie Coleman in Most Muscular Poses... then Dexter Jackson.. (Try to get full body shots if possible) ... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() In the second picture... even tho Jay Cutler isn't hitting an Incredible Hulk pose, it's styll considered to be another form of the most muscular pose.. So is Dexter's pose in the 4th photo.. so you see, you do have options when it comes to thys pose... Now for my tips... A lot of beginners don't flex their entyre body... so remember to contract your legs as well as your upper body... If you're just goofing around & taking pics... say, wearing jeans for instance... I've found that if I clench my fysts and hold my breath, I get super freaky vascularity during thys pose... The only problem is... when I do that I get lyght headed.. but it is good for that one tyme shot... Hmm.. Here's my really simple tip.. If you're going for the Incredible Hulk type of Most Muscular... Remember to keep your palms upwards.. that way you'll make your biceps appear fuller & contracted... I thynk we'll discuss one of these each week.. & I know one pose is better than the other to hide flaws in a physique, I'll have to google some more to remember why.. because I've forgotten... Any more photos or tips... Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Great Pics... and yeah, that makes sense.. You really want to squeeze your traps, but if you lean forward too far, you'll hide your chest... Of course.. don't forget to inhale with a deep breath so u expand your chest & ribcage... Peace..~G

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | I'd like to add another rookie mistake. Don't cross your arms in front, when you do the crab Most Muscular. Just bring your arms together to the point that your fists touch, or almost touch. A little trick I do is actually offset my hands and touch my fists together... this pressure really lets me get that extra contraction in my chest and bring out the chest striations. Whatever you do though.. don't cross your arms in front of your body.. this just makes you look more narrow and hides your muscularity.... You want your chest blown out.. shoulders out wide... traps flexed and LEGS flexed.. don't forget the LEGS!!!! ( another rookie mistake as GDD mentioned.. it happens a LOT though ) - EME
