Default IronMASS Official Posing Guides - Ab & Thigh

I'd lyke to start thys guide and I'll cover the 7 mandatory poses..

1. Most Muscular
2. Front Double Bi
3. Front Lat Spread
4. Side Chest
5. Rear Double Bi
6. Rear Lat Spread
7. Ab & Thigh

Hmm... why'd I put them in order.. now it'll only make sense for me to do them that way, huh??? ... Ok.. here's the rules to thys game... You're all welcomed to supply pictures of the pose being discussed... (No Front Double Bi in the Side Chest thread) ... and feel free to give a tip or suggestion as to make the pose better...

So, let's rock the Classic Ab & Thigh pose... Here's some pics to get us started...






Ab & Thigh pic... Thys is probably one pose that I rarely perform... but I've seen pretty much everyone do one thyng before they hit thys pose... On the front leg... almost everyone shakes their quads before locking it up... have your front leg pointed straight and the rear leg angled to the side a little bit so that it shows off your inner quad... As for the abs.. don't hunch over... just crunch down on them (if I described it ryght).. and don't forget to flex your biceps as well.. especially if you're going for the two hands on your head - ab & thigh pose...

That's my fyrst typ... Feel free to post more pictures... not just of pros but of yourself as well.. and offer more tips, advice & observations...
