Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hello my name is J i weigh 125lbs and I'm 5'5" I've been training different ways for about 1 and a half now. I started out as a powerlifter, but hurt my back pretty good. So i deicided to just lift controlled high reps you know feel the burn. In the future i'd like to put more mass on and possible go to a show (doubt it) we'll here a few recent pictures of me Let me know what you think P.s. i know i have to eat, I'm trying just not hard enough Thanks.... Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey IMF im about 2 or 3 weeks into my "bulk". When I started I was a light 123 and I'm at 132 right now(give or take time of day.) Good progress so far, slowly my way up to my goal of 155. I understand that I'm just carrying water weight right now atleast thats what i think but it is still weight. I'm killing my self with this diet, I'm constantly breaking out in acne(just like the old days before i cleaned up my bad eatin habits) haha this better be worth it in the end. Just figured I'd state my progress so far. Thanks ....J |
