Default Introducing me and my little self

Hello my name is J i weigh 125lbs and I'm 5'5" I've been training different ways for about 1 and a half now. I started out as a powerlifter, but hurt my back pretty good. So i deicided to just lift controlled high reps you know feel the burn. In the future i'd like to put more mass on and possible go to a show (doubt it) we'll here a few recent pictures of me

P.s. i know i have to eat, I'm trying just not hard enough

Hey man great to have you here. It looks like you have a very good base upon which to build and grow; if you listen to the folks here I think you'll make progress a lot faster than just going it alone.

How old are you, and how did you hurt your back?

thanks appreciate the welcome. Glad to be here. I am 18 and i hurt my back i bombed out with a 280 squat and a i tore the muscles on a 315 dead

just orderd 10 pounds of ON whey protein stocked up on whole milk peanuts peanut butter ground beef oatmeal and angel hair pasta here we go

For one the On is very good indead it mixes very good I'm proud with my purchase. And Dav I was actaully thinkin of entering the Novice Bodybuilding section a memeber on the forum told me I have good potention for it (thanks Madman911)

best bud and me he wanted to take a comparison of 100lbs heavier then me( for inspiration on my bulk) hes a powerlifter freaken nuts 500 squat like nothing 570 dead nothing 325 bench like peanuts..... at 207 and hes only 17 haha

Hey IMF im about 2 or 3 weeks into my "bulk". When I started I was a light 123 and I'm at 132 right now(give or take time of day.) Good progress so far, slowly my way up to my goal of 155. I understand that I'm just carrying water weight right now atleast thats what i think but it is still weight. I'm killing my self with this diet, I'm constantly breaking out in acne(just like the old days before i cleaned up my bad eatin habits) haha this better be worth it in the end. Just figured I'd state my progress so far. Thanks ....J
