Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Yeah... my face looks way different. I was suprised to see that despite the 22 lbs of weight loss between those pics I actually don't look smaller. If anything, I have the illusion of looking a little bigger now... that is, when I'm not shirted. If I wear a loose shirt now, I don't look big anymore, I look like the average thin guy. It's both good and bad... but I guess it's always a good thing when you start looking better with your clothes off then on. Now if I can only get my wife to notice... ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | Great progress, and at the difference in your face. Damn! And yeah, all my old favorite gym shirts I hate now. I used to look so huge in them and they would be loose around the waist and I'd look great for my build. Now they just drape on me and make my waist look as big as my chest as it hangs and I look terrible. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | very similar cut to mine. Feel and physically AM much smaller, but look diesel. I was also 190, and now around 165 or 170. Glad to see someone else with at a similiar point in their training career.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | I've decided that I like having the "Ned Flander's effect" working for me. It's cool when people think your physique is average and then you take your shirt off and some jaws drop. I also posted these pics on the board of extreme popularity and I only received 6 or 7 comments, all very positive, with 666 views. If a kid who's been lifting for 3 months posts up blurry pics of his 12" arm and asks how big they look, they receive comments for days, most of them insulting granted, but it clearly demonstrates that the vast majority of people on that board are not interested in providing encouragment or valuable critiques, they just are searching for people to put down. I guess what I'm trying to say is: I love this place!!!
