I haven't been to the gym in 5 weeks

*note: I didn't drink any beer that night... I was just told to wear the helmet and strike a pose

As for the 5 weeks off, well I'll be back on Monday. It was a crazy adventure of a week and a half long roadtrip to TX, followed by a week and a half of sickness, followed by two weeks off because I had a small pull in my right glute... not sure how I just noticed it when I was walking to class in the morning :violin: Monday begins a new journey.

For not hitting the gym in so long you're looking kinda big Davar! You have some nice peaks and vascularity on your arms. Your legs are looking a little behind in terms of size in this picture though. I love the helmet. I wear a similar one when I march off into hand to hand combat.

Yeah dude not bad at all. I hate the first week back after a break especially if you were sick during the break. But the second week I am usually back on my game, good luck this week.
