thanks for the replies guys, I know I need to add overall mass, it's jsut that my metabolism is so damn fast!!! I don't even do cardio or train my abs, but they pop out and I have vains everywhere..you get the point. I'm doing compound movements, bench, squat, deadlift, and doin em hard. I'm only 16, by the time i'm older hopefully ill be a monster! the only isolations i do is for my arms
