Consider doing the 2007 IMPC contest here on Ironmass if you want to try competing without having to leave your own home. It would be awesome to have a great physique like yours in the mix to stir things up. Before sleeping- Avena sativa, gaba. Water all day long. I stick to this diet every single day. | |
